At times, the hosting guys wont enable the AutoSSL option or you wont find the letsencrpyt plugin in your cPanel interface to install Free SSLs.
So how will you go about ?
You can go to https://www.sslforfree.com/ and enter your domain name.
After you give the domain name, Select the Automatic FTP verification method and key in your FTP logins ( your cPanel account info )
This would generate the cert, private key and the bundle.
Copy / note them down.
Now open cPanel and go to – Security -> SSL / TLS
Select the option – Install and Manage SSL for your site (HTTPS) – Manage SSL sites
Select your domain example.com and paste the three values of cert, key and bundle you got from sslforfree.com
This would install free SSLs on your domain !
